Hello!

I just wanted to post something on here because I am annoying myself with my lack of updates lately!! I dislike neglected blogs but somehow I just haven't been able to get my act together to blog properly lately. Anyway, thought I would post this picture of the whole family to get things rolling again. The photo was taken by our friend Graham at Lee's conditional baptism at our church. Annie-Joy is holding a half eaten chocolate biscuit & a knitted dolly that Lee's Auntie Yvonne made for her. She did name her Esmeralda but still insists on calling her dolly! Well, I hope that all who read are well. I am full of cold & the boys are on day two of their school summer holidays. It's raining cats & dogs here. Anyone know how to build an ark?? ;o)

A Little Conversation

Annie-Joy & I were walking to school this afternoon to pick up the boys. Often AJ is still very sleepy after her nap time but today she was in a very chatty mood! Suddenly she said 'I love Grandad!' then moments later she piped up 'And Grandma! I love Grandad AND Grandma!' A little while later she added to her list saying 'I like strawberries and bananas and bikbiks. And I like toast....'
'Hmmmm! What else do I like?' she said as she paused to think for a while.
Annie-Joy finished her list by adding 'I like grapes & Mummy'. Then she repeated all the things she loves and as we reached the school gates she began to sing a little song she made up herself with the words 'I like this and I like that! I love this and I love that' which repeated over and over! She's such a darling! :o)
