.... that I must really love doing the washing because I do it ALL the time!! This is what our laundry room looks like tonight- two piles of folded clean washing line dried clothes ready to go upstairs, a pile of wet washing ready for the tumble drier & one pile of slightly damp washing that I just took off the line... (I couldn't keep up with my laundry routine over the holidays so I got a bit behind with it all!) I think Jordan might be right though; I do quite like doing the washing! Time for bed now though! I've been dreaming about washing! So got up early.Here's some history...My mum's neighbour Marg commented on her getting the nappies on the line before light on Christmas day 1948 when I was a babe! Mum had a copper and a mangle.and Sunlight soap! 1976 when you were a babe I washed your nappies(after scraping and rinsing!) in a twin tub drained off the water for the garden(drought!) then washed the other stuff in new water & it was all lifted heavy into the spin dryer and always!!put on the line. All 21st century kids would be out of nappies by 2 if history repeated itself. Lucky old you with a "laundry room" (get you LOL!)
